What to expect from your coach:
Results – it is each individual’s responsibility to take ownership of their own goals and moving them forward to become reality. As a coach I will give you accountability, but only you can make things happen.
Confidentiality – everything we discuss in our sessions is completely confidential. The only exception to this would be if you gave me reason to believe you could bring harm to yourself or someone else.
Fees – Call for pricing.
Scheduling – each session includes 45 minutes individual coaching, 15 minutes of phone coaching and e-mail support, if you have to cancel or reschedule a session, it must be done 24 hours in advance; otherwise the full session fee is charged.
